These Terms apply to the SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada Closed Beta Test (hereinafter referred to as the Test), conducted by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Customers who apply for this test must read and agree to these terms before applying.

If you are a minor, please be sure to check these Terms with your legal representative (parent or guardian, etc.) and obtain the consent of your legal representative before applying.

Conditions for Participation

• ・Applicants must be able to answer the online survey.
• ・Applicants must agree to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Notification of Winners

The application will be submitted successfully after the form has been completed.

If the number of applicants for the tester exceeds the recruitment capacity, a lottery will be conducted. Only those selected will receive an email at the registered email address provided at the time of application, inviting them to participate in the test.

• *Only one submission per individual is permitted.
• *The email address provided during application cannot be modified thereafter.
• *The email address provided during application will be used for registration, lottery, administration, guidance emails, and survey distribution for this Closed Beta Test.
• *Please ensure beforehand that the email address used for entry registration is valid.

Notification of Results

The notification of results will be announced after 25 March (Mon) 2024, but is subject to change.

• *Failure to receive the winning email will result in disqualification from the test.
• *Winning emails will not be reissued under any circumstances.
• *Kindly be advised that inquiries regarding the results will not be addressed.

• *We may, from time to time, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, modify, restrict, limit, suspend, cancel, or terminate all or any part of the demo version delivered in the Test (the ""Service"") and your access to or use of the same (including resetting your play data). You shall not divulge or disclose to any third party any suggestions, feedback, non-public data, or non-public information (including but not limited to images, game play, or bug information) related to the Service without our prior written consent, and shall not post such information on any social networking service, website (including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) or other means of public communication of any kind. You shall not post or otherwise disclose the contents of the Service. However, you may not post still images or videos of games from the Service on any social networking service or video-sharing service in compliance with the ""Bandai Namco Entertainment Game Play Policy"". However, the posting of still images and videos of the game screens of the Service to various SNS and video sharing services in compliance with the ""Bandai Namco Games Live Game Policy"" may be performed without the prior consent of the Company.
• *The Company reserves the right to reset your play data (levels, items, etc.) at any point during the beta period at its sole discretion and without any notice or liability to you.
• *We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance without notice and to cancel the test without notice for your safety and security.
• *The test will not provide individual support for in-game issues.

• ・This test is open to those who are not yet subscribed to PlayStation®Plus or Xbox Game Pass Core.
• ・This test may differ from the official version in some aspects. This test will allow you to experience all of the features planned for the official version, as well as some of the upcoming features in the lineup.
• ・Please take note that save data and gameplay data from this service cannot be transferred to the official version.
• ・Gameplay data obtained via this test will be used for analysis and game improvement.
• ・Winning rights for this test may not be transferred, resold, or loaned to any third party.
• ・The test will not be used to purchase any in-game currency.
• ・Please uninstall the application for this test after it has concluded. Downloading the official version without uninstalling the test may cause unexpected problems.
• ・If we deem that you have violated these Terms of Use, your right to participate in the test may be revoked before the end of the test period.
• ・The player shall be responsible for all costs related to Internet connection.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japan law. Any disputes arising in connection with this test shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
