About the Open Network Test (ONT) About the Open Network Test (ONT)

This test will be conducted using the Open Network Test version of SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada.

SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada is the brand-new Sci-Fi third-person shooter project that allows players to join the universe as "Drifters".
Drifters will be accompanied by their mecha, "CRADLECOFFIN", as well as their partner AI, "Magus", as they navigate the dangerous terrestrial environment to collect a rare resource known as "AO Crystals".
Players will be able to play online against each other in the main mode called, "Online Raid" (otherwise known as PvPvE) in this ONT.
Players will also be able to experience Magus' support, customize and control mecha, and engage in dynamic gameplay. Enjoy the partnership with your partner AI, "Magus", as you safely complete your missions!

After the test concludes, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the web survey. Feedback received will be taken into consideration when making further adjustments to the game.

Additional Features from the Closed Network Test Additional Features from the Closed Network Test

The Open Network Test will feature the below elements, in addition to features already available in the Closed Network Test.
  • 1. Increased upper limit on Remodeling Level
    - Garage Remodeling Level can now be raised to Level 2.
  • 2. Addition of a new functionality to allow players to escape when stuck during a sortie
    - When stuck in certain terrain during a sortie, an option has been made available from the Options menu in order to free yourself:
    [Other] → [Forced Move]
  • 3. The following additional elements will be added after each of the three server maintenance periods.
    - 1st maintenance period: Monday, 16 December, 21:00 ~ Tuesday, 17 December, 09:00 (SGT)

Precautions
  • *The Open Network Test will not feature the test implementation of the East Amasia region that was featured in the Closed Network Test.
  • *The Garage Remodeling Level balance is unique to the Open Network Test, and differs from that which will be implemented in the retail version.
  • *Open Network Test additional play rights (more details below) are required in order to receive the additional elements added after the 3rd maintenance period.
  • *The weapons and outfits added during the maintenance period will become available for sale in the in-game shop.

Open Network Test AdditionalPlaytime (48 hours)

Players who pre-order SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada will receive 48 additional hours of playtime for the Open Network Test.

Please note that the participation method differs by platform.

  • ・For users of the PlayStation®5 version :
    A separate download of the "Open Network Test Additional Play Rights" is required (details provided below). Please download "Open Network Test Additional Play Rights" (as DLC) from the PlayStation Store after purchasing the digital download version of SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada.
  • ・For users of the Xbox Series X|S version :
    Users who have already pre-ordered the title will automatically be granted "Open Network Test Additional Play Rights" upon downloading the Open Network Test before the official launch on 11 December. These players will be able to continue playing the Open Network Test for an additional 48 hours following the conclusion of the 3rd maintenance period.
    • *Users who make their pre-order on or after December 11 will automatically be granted "Open Network Test Additional Play Rights" (DLC) at that time.
  • ・For users of the STEAM® version :
    Pre-ordering the game will automatically grant users "Open Network Test Additional Play Rights". Users will be able to keep playing the Open Network Test for 48 hours following the conclusion of the 3rd maintenance period.
How to find Additional Play Rights (PlayStation®5)
  • ①SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada (Open Network Test) Display at the PlayStation®5 home screen.
  • ②Scroll to the bottom of the screen that display additional content.
  • ③Find and purchase (free download) "Open Network Test Additional Play Rights (48 hours)".
  • ④Once this DLC item is displayed as "Purchased", you will be able to play the Open Network Test for an additional 48 hours following the conclusion of the 3rd maintenance period.

  • *"Open Network Test Additional Play Rights (48 hours)" is a special offer available only to customers who pre-order the digital download version of SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada on PlayStation®5, Xbox series X|S, or STEAM®.
  • *Contents of "Open Network Test Additional Play Rights (48 hours)" are identical to customers who pre-order any of the following editions: "STANDARD EDITION", "DELUXE EDITION", and "ULTIMATE EDITION".

  • ・Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice, or this test may be discontinued without notice for the safety and security of our customers.
  • ・Individual support for in-game issues will not be provided during this test.

Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this test shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
